For tournament directors

Run the weekend, not the spreadsheet

Everything between accepting a team and handing out the trophy, in one place — including the scorer's table.

Working today

The schedule builds itself, then you approve it

Set your days, your courts and how long a game takes, and the schedule is generated for you. Nothing reaches a coach until you publish it, so a draft you are still moving around stays yours.

Pool play into brackets, seeded from the results

When pool play ends, the bracket is seeded from the standings the games actually produced. Consolation rounds and three-game guarantees included.

Courtside consoles, set up with one code

Each court gets a code you print and tape to the scorer's table. A console types it once and loads that court's whole day. It keeps working when the gym's internet does not, and syncs when it comes back.

Live scores, everywhere, as they happen

Every court's score updates on your dashboard and on the public page while the game is running — so you can see the whole event from one screen instead of walking it.

Registrations with eligibility already checked

A coach picks an age group and a division, and anything their team is not eligible for is shown greyed out with the reason. You approve, and the team is placed.

Money that adds up

Entry fees tracked per team, including deposits, part payments, refunds and discounts — and one club cheque can cover eight teams without splitting it by hand. Nothing is ever quietly overwritten.

Your organization can have more than one person in it

Add a partner or an assistant with their own login and their own permissions, instead of sharing yours.

Set your rules once, reuse them

Period length, foul limits, mercy rules, entry fees and gate prices become named profiles you pick when you create an event, rather than fields you retype.

Officials on a coverage board

Write down who works which court and when. Each official sees their own day, account or not.

Console monitoring

Our crew is paged when a courtside console drops off, before it becomes your problem.

Being built

Not available yet. We list it because you should know where this is going before you commit a season to it — not because it is here.

A money view across the year

Collected, outstanding and taken-at-the-gate, filterable from one event down or a whole calendar year up.

Card payments

Coaches pay entry fees by card, straight into your own account.

Officials' attendance and pay

Who turned up, and what each official is owed.
